Marbeck Capital LLC is a privately held Virginia limited liability company. The firm deploys proprietary capital across liquid markets and does not provide investment advisory services to external clients.

Marbeck is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser, nor is registration required given the firm’s operating model. No Form ADV is on file because none is required.

For verifiable corporate information, the firm’s domestic registration is on file with the Virginia State Corporation Commission.

Internal Governance

Marbeck maintains internal policies governing personal trading, information handling, recordkeeping, and operational integrity. Because the firm operates exclusively with proprietary capital and has no external clients, conventional adviser-to-client conflicts of interest do not arise.
